Company Overview

  • The Company Details section provides comprehensive information about different companies, including Company Name, Location Details (such as country and state), Status (indicating whether the company is Enabled or Disabled), Number of Branches in various countries or states, Registration Date etc.

Add Company

  • The company section is mainly used for creating or adding new branches. 
  • The Add company section is used to create and register new companies within the system. When adding a new company, it is essential to provide company details, company admin details and corporate office details.
  • For creating a particular company we need to mention the details of company name, email id, contact number, website and company address

  • Corporate/ Main Office Details: Whenever we should create a new company it is necessary to add corporate office details like country name, state name, timezone and branch name.

  • Company Admin  Details: Whenever we should create a new company it is necessary to add admin details for a particular branch or company like admin name, contact number, email id and profile picture.

Edit Company

  • The Edit company section allows for the modification of company details, corporate office details and company admin details. This feature enables administrators to update or correct information related to the company name, email id, contact number, website and company address. Also involved in admin details like their name, contact number, email id, password etc.
  • This functionality ensures that branch records remain accurate and up-to-date within the system.

View Company

  • The View Company feature offers a detailed overview of a specific company, organized into key divisions for easier navigation. These divisions include user listing wise view, branch wise, screen wise view  and schedule wise view.
  • User Wise View: In this category it would mention the details like company details, screen details and company wise user details with their name, email id, contact number and status.

  • Edit: Using the edit section they can edit or update the details of a particular user.

  • Branch Wise View: In this category it would mention the details like branch name, where the branch is located( location details),screen details and their status as enable or disable.

  • Add branch: Using this section they can create a new branch.

  • Edit: Using the edit section they can edit or update the details of a particular branch.

  • View Details: This section is used to view the detail of selected branches

  • Screenwise View: In this category it would mention the details like branch name, where the branch is located( location details),screen details and their status as enable or disable.

  • Add New Screen: Using the add new section they can create a new screen with the details like screen name, unique mac id, ip address and also mentioned the details of company and branch where they want to schedule a new screen.

  • Schedule Wise view: In this category it would mention the details like particular layout or animation with their type, the date when it schedules and status as active or deactivated.

Filter

  • Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any company through selecting a particular country, state ,city or date range of their registration

Selection Status

  • After selecting any one particular company we can change their status as enable and disable.
  • As per our need we will change the status of all the selected companies. At the same time we will be able to change the status of multiple companies.

Selection Remove

  • Selection remove is used for removing and deleting any selected company. At the same time we will be able to remove the multiple companies.

Branch

  • The Branch Details section provides an overview of all branches, showing important information like the branch name, manager's name, and contact number. It also includes company details with particular branch, location details, such as the country, state, and city where each branch is located, making it easy to find branches in different regions.
  • This section also shows how many screens are active at each branch, with their status marked as either "Enabled" or "Disabled."
  • To make it easier to find specific branches, there is a search bar where administrators can quickly look up branches by name or other details.

Add Branch

  • Add branch section is mainly used for creating or adding new branches. 
  • The Add Branch section is used to create and register new branches within the system. When adding a new branch, it is essential to provide both branch-specific and location-specific details.
  • For creating a particular branch we need to mention the details of branch name, manager name, phone number, country name, state name, city name and address.

Edit Branch

  • The Edit Branch section allows for the modification of both branch-specific and location-specific details. This feature enables administrators to update or correct information related to the branch name, manager, contact details, and location, including the country, state, city, and address.
  • This functionality ensures that branch records remain accurate and up-to-date within the system.

View Branch

  • The View Branch feature provides a detailed overview of a specific branch, including key information such as the branch name, location details, and an image of the branch. This section allows administrators to easily access and review the relevant details for each branch.

  • Screenwise View: In this category it would mention the details like branch name, where the branch is located( location details),screen details and their status as enable or disable.

Filter

  • Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any branch through selecting a particular country, state ,city and branch name.

Selection Status

  • After selecting any one particular branch we can change their status as enable and disable.
  • As per our need we will change the status of all the selected branches. At the same time we will be able to change the status of multiple branches.

Selection Remove
