Overview
- Dashboard: The dashboard provides an overview of all available companies,branches, users, screens,, detailing their status (enabled/disabled).Describes the details about newly registered companies, branches , users and screens with total disabled status. It also lists assets by category (PNG, JPG, video) and includes progress static information for company, branch and screen which shows a graphical chart of newly registered company, branch and screen with month of registration and total number of registered. You can also filter details by date.
- Company Overview:The Company Overview section is divided into two categories: the company and the branch. In the company section, details related to the company are provided, such as the company name, location information, associated branch details, operational status, the screens used by the company, and the registration date. This section offers a comprehensive overview of the company itself. In the branch section, the focus shifts to individual branch details, including the branch name, its corresponding location, the company it belongs to, the screens used by the branch, and its operational status. Both sections allow for modifications such as adding, updating, or deleting information as needed.
- Screens: The Screens section provides detailed information about all the screens, including their names and unique identifiers such as MAC IDs or IP addresses. Each screen is also associated with its respective branch, ensuring clarity on its locationAdditionally, it specifies whether the screen is scheduled for use or not, as well as whether it is currently online or offline. The status of each screen is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled.
- Customers:This section includes the personal details of customers, along with information about the company they are associated with. It also specifies the customer's role within the company and indicates their status, whether enabled or disabled.
- Assets: The Assets section is divided into two parts: Assets and Asset Category. The Asset Category section is used to provide details related to different asset categories, including the name of each category and its status, which can be either enabled or disabled. The Assets section provides detailed information about each asset, including its name, size, category, and type (such as image or video). Additionally, it includes the registration date of each asset. The status of each asset is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled.
- Templates: The Template Grids section provides detailed information about each grid, including its grid name and associated template name. It also specifies whether the grid is scheduled for use or not. Additionally, this section outlines the number of screens utilized by each grid layout.
- Logs activity: The Login Activity section provides detailed logs of various activities, including login activity, branch activity, and screen activity. It captures essential information such as screen details, the related branch information, user details with their respective roles, MAC ID, and the date and time of each login. This section offers a comprehensive overview of all login-related activities within the system.
- Backend user: The Backend User section is divided into two categories: User and Role Access. In the User section, details are provided for each user, including their name, email ID, contact number, status, and assigned role. The Role and Access section outlines the various roles within the system, the individuals associated with each role, and the specific access privileges granted to those roles. This section helps define both user information and the access levels associated with each role.
- Static pages: The Static Pages section provides details about the pages that are included in the quick guide of the dashboard. It includes information related to the content of these pages, such as informational text, FAQs, and other relevant details that help users navigate and understand the dashboard effectively.
- Reports: Reports can be generated for the company, branch, and screen, with each report providing details specific to their respective categories. The Company Report includes information such as the company name, admin, and location details (including country, state, and city), along with the total number of branches. The Branch Report provides details about each branch, including the branch name, associated company name, location (branch country, state, and city), company admin, and the total number of screens at the branch. The Screen Report includes information about each screen, along with the related branch and company details, including their locations and the total number of screens.
- Master Data: The Master Data section contains comprehensive details about countries, states, cities, time zones, font sizes, and font styles. This section allows for updates, modifications, and deletions of the information as needed, providing flexibility to manage and maintain the master data effectively.
- Setting(Edit profile & change credential): The Settings section allows you to update your personal details or login credentials. You can make changes to your information and modify your login settings as needed from this section.
