Users

• This section allows the admin to add new users to the company. The admin can enter the user's name, email ID, and contact number, as well as assign a role within the company, such as employee, manager, or admin. 
• Additionally, the admin can set the user's status as either enabled or disabled based on the user's access privileges.

Add User

• For creating a new user this section is useful. 
• In the section we half mention the details like user name, mobile number, email id, password and profile image or selecting the role of user as per their designation in the company.

Edit User

• If the admin wants to change the details of any user then using edit user they can edit the details of user.
• As per the availability of user admin can change their status as enable or disable.

Filter

• Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any user through selecting a particular date range, status and their role as owner or not.

Selection Status

• After selecting any one particular user we can change their status as enable and disable.
• As per our need we will change the status of all the selected users. At the same time we will be able to change the status of multiple users.

Selection Remove

• Selection remove is used for removing and deleting any selected user. At the same time we will be able to remove the multiple users.

Roles & Access

• Mainly users which login on lotus digital media then have different roles and responsibility of each user. All data is not access-able by any user. Admin can give authority to all the users as per their roles to view details, create any other data, remove data.
• Admin can give access to the users and also edit that access as per their need. Admin can add the user with their identity and give access to them as per their role in the company.
• Role List : Role list describes all the details about the users as per their roles which are added by the admin.   

Edit Role

• Admin can have authority to change the access of the users. Admin can add or remove access as per particular user.
