Overview

• Dashboard: The dashboard provides an overview of all available branches, users, screens, and layouts (grid/animation), detailing their status (enabled/disabled). It also lists assets by category (PNG, JPG, video) and includes live schedule information, showing screen names, their associated branch and layout, and their online/offline status.
• Branch:The Branches section provides a detailed overview of all the available branches, including their names and location details.Additionally, the status of each branch is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled, ensuring a clear understanding of the branch's current operational state.
• Screens: The Screens section provides detailed information about all the screens, including their names and unique identifiers such as MAC IDs or IP addresses. Each screen is also associated with its respective branch, ensuring clarity on its locationAdditionally, it specifies whether the screen is scheduled for use or not, as well as whether it is currently online or offline. The status of each screen is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled.
• Users: The Users section provides detailed information about all registered users, including their registration date and personal details. It also specifies the designation of each user, categorizing them as either an owner, employee, or manager. The status of each user is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled.
• Assets: The Assets section provides detailed information about each asset, including its name, size, category, and type (such as image or video). Additionally, it includes the registration date of each asset.  The status of each asset  is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled.
• Layout (Grids): The Layout Grids section provides detailed information about each grid, including its grid name and associated template name. It also specifies whether the grid is scheduled for use or not. Additionally, this section outlines the number of screens utilized by each grid layout.
• Layout (Animation): The Layout Animation section provides detailed information about each animation, including its name, the scheduling status of the animation, and the screens assigned to that particular animation. This section allows users to track which animations are scheduled and which screens are utilizing them.
• Slideshows:The Slideshows section provides detailed information about each slideshow, including its name and the total number of screens associated with that slideshow. Additionally, it specifies whether the slideshow is scheduled and if it is currently online. The section also tracks the last update made to each slideshow, including the user who performed the update and the date of the update.
• Schedules: The Schedule section provides detailed information about all the scheduled layouts, including the layout name, the start and end dates, and the specific days on which the layout is scheduled to run.The status of each slideshow is clearly indicated as either enabled or disabled.
• Setting(Edit profile & change password) : The Settings section allows you to update your personal details or login credentials. You can make changes to your information and modify your login settings as needed from this section.
• Email Alert: The Email Alert feature allows administrators to receive notification alerts for any updates within a specific category. By selecting the desired category, administrators will be notified via email whenever an update occurs. Notifications are sent to the administrator's provided email address, ensuring timely awareness of changes.
• Edit company: The Edit Company section allows administrators to update key company details, such as the company name, email address, and status (enabled or disabled). It also provides the ability to update the company logo. Additionally, administrators can modify the corporate office information, including the country, state, and timezone to match the office's location. This ensures that all company and office details remain accurate and up to date, reflecting the organization’s current structure.
