Reports

Company Report 

• The Company Reports section provides detailed information about different companies, including the company name, country, state, city, the total number of branches associated with the company, and the admin details for the company.
•  This section offers a comprehensive overview of each company's key details and administrative information.

View Company Details 

• After selecting a specific company, the details related to that company are displayed below. These details include the company name, the total number of enabled and disabled branches, the total number of enabled and disabled screens, along with their respective status (enabled or disabled). 
• Additionally, the registration date and the last update date for the company are also provided, offering a comprehensive overview of the company's current status and activity.

Export Report

• The Export Report section allows the admin to download a CSV file  or excel file  containing detailed company information. The report includes each company name with state, city or country, admin details, number of  total branches connected with the company, all presented in an easily accessible Excel sheet format. This feature provides a simple way for administrators to access and analyze company activity data in a structured, organized manner.

Filter

• Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any company through selecting a particular country name, state, city name, date range, company range or last updated date.

Branch Report 

• The Branch Reports section provides detailed information about different branches, including the company name, branch country, branch state, branch city, the total number of screens associated with the branch (with disable and enable status) and the admin details for the company.
•  This section offers a comprehensive overview of each branch's key details and administrative information.

View Branch Details 

• After selecting a specific branch, the details related to that branch are displayed below. These details include the total number of enabled and disabled screens,, along with their respective status (enabled or disabled). 
• Additionally, the registration date, the name of registers  and the last update date for the branch are also provided, offering a comprehensive overview of the branch's current status and activity.

Screen Report

• The screen Reports section provides detailed information about different screens associated with the different companies and branches. It also including the screen name,mac address, ip address, company name, company admin, branch name, branch country, state or city and status of each screen as enable or disable.
•  This section offers a comprehensive overview of each screen's key details which should be associated with the different branches located in different countries and administrative information.

View Screen Details 

• After selecting a specific screen, the details related to that screen are displayed below. These details include the details of that screen related to which branch, location of related branch with country name, registration date, by whom the screen is registered, last updation date and also mentioned their status as enable or disable.
• Additionally, whether the screen has a schedule or not is also described which gives a comprehensive overview of the screen's current status and activity.

Export Report

• The Export Report section allows the admin to download a CSV file  or excel file  containing detailed screen information. The report includes screen related to which branch, location of related branch with country name, registration date, by whom the screen is registered, last updation date and also mentioned their status as enable or disable all presented in an easily accessible Excel sheet format.
