Login

  • The Login Section provides a detailed account of each user's login activity, tracking key information such as the user’s MAC ID, the date and time of login, and their specific actions during the session.
  •  Each user is associated with a unique MAC ID Additionally, the exact time of each login, along with the date and timestamp, is recorded to ensure accurate tracking of user sessions. By capturing both the MAC ID and login timestamps, the system provides a comprehensive view of each user's access and actions, enabling efficient auditing and security monitoring.

Export Report

  • The Export Report section allows the admin to download a CSV file containing detailed user information. The report includes each user's name, MAC ID, and login timestamp, all presented in an easily accessible Excel sheet format. This feature provides a simple way for administrators to access and analyze user activity data in a structured, organized manner.

Filter

  • Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any login user through selecting a particular status as enable and disable, select company admin or date range.

Branch 

  • The Branch Login Section provides detailed information about each branch, including the branch name, manager name, and contact number. It also includes user details such as their role and designation within the company.
  • Activities such as insert, update, disable, and enable are tracked, with corresponding status indicators (enabled/disabled). Each branch is assigned a unique MAC ID, and multiple branches within the same company have distinct MAC IDs.
  • Additionally, the login time of each branch is recorded to track login activity.

  • Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any login branch through selecting a particular status as enable and disable, select branch name or date range.

Screen

  • The Screen Login Section provides details of available screens for different branches, including the company name, branch name, contact number, screen name, and the screen MAC ID assigned to each branch or company.
  •  It also includes information about the admin who added the screen, along with their role in the company. Activities such as insert, update, disable, and enable are tracked with corresponding status indicators (enabled/disabled). 
  • Each screen is assigned a unique MAC ID, and multiple screens within the same company have distinct MAC IDs. Additionally, the login time for each screen is recorded to monitor login activity.

  • Using filters it would be easy to find the details about any login branch through selecting a particular status as enable and disable, selecting branch, selecting screen or date range.
